Night View of Waynad Silver woods |
Kerala has always been an attraction to tourists all over the world. Its cultural, geographical, ecological and religious diversities have always been a point of curiosity to travelers. Still Kerala preserves the same identity among all other Indian states. Waynad is a district in Kerala which is located at high altitude. It is a mountainous district with thick forests all around. The wild life, tribal, natural beauty, scenic lakes and streams are the major highlights of this place which has been attracting tourists for several decades. So we decided it would be the right place to construct a hill resort amidst the magnificent panorama. And that’s how we realized the project of Waynad Silver woods.
Waynad Silver woods is a wonderful, luxurious, intimate, exceptionally
styled retreat for travelers located on the banks of Banasura Sagar Lake in
Banasura Hills of Waynad. Spread over an area of 16 acres, Silver Woods
presents you mind blowing picturesque view of the Banasura Sagar Lake and its
mountain backdrop. The heart throbbing location demanded an entirely different
and perfectly blending architecture. And the complete credit for this
successful materialization of this challenge goes to Architect Mr. Anton Jacob
from Sri Lanka and contemporary architect Mr. Roopesh from Kerala. The resort
is a dream come true project of four friends with Merchant Navy background and
their immense travel experiences namely Benny John, C. Raghunathan, Sekhar
Govindan and Capt. Vasudevan Anil Kumar.
The architecture of our resort came from the fused ideas of
terracotta theme and wooden elements. This architecture has really helped us to
construct highly eco friendly atmosphere, water conservation, energy,
efficiency, plastic free zone etc. The interior architectural design is intentionally
done using locally available raw materials and products handpicked from
different parts of the world. The constructional and ecological ambience has
been blended with each other so closely that it presents an unique experience
to the travelers and offers maximum functional excellence.

independent outdoor relaxation area, mini bar, in room safe, Jacuzzi in
bathroom etc. Royale Villa offers you a royal retreat with spacious bed rooms,

world and provide the guests an exquisite stay. There is also separate Premiero
